Checks are fine. NCGG also accepts VISA and MasterCard and cash folding money.
NCGG will notify CLIENTS in advance as to when job completion is expected and also when completion has been achieved.
An administration fee of 4% is added to the balance due for credit card transactions due to the additional time that NCGG management must spend in order to record, oversee, and verify credit card transactions.
Account settlement is expected as soon as the work has been completed. It is the CLIENT’s responsibility to make arrangements to transmit payment for completed work on the same day that the work has been finished, except that if the work is completed after 12 noon, the CLIENT may settle accounts the following morning before 12 noon.
It is the CLIENT’s responsibility to arrange to leave a check in an envelope on the job site if the CLIENT will not be home when work is completed.
Payments are never to be made to the installers, only to company management.
Do NOT leave cash folding money on the job site for NCGG to collect. NCGG will not be held responsible for the security of cash left on a job site. Cash payments must be made in person and only transacted with NCGG management, not with the installers. If a receipt on company letterhead for cash is not shown to you before you pay in cash, then you are not dealing with NCGG management, and you should therefore not give cash to whomever may be misrepresenting themselves as NCGG management.
