If you (or your insurance company) want to see, for example, water damage to inaccessible areas of your fascia, soffits, etc., with your own two eyes, we can take several digital photos to document the condition both before and after repairs. There is no charge for this if we are doing remunerative work on your home or business, but there is a service charge if NC Gutter Guys, Inc. is not doing paid work on site and is only there to take photos.
Concerning new gutters or gutter guards, if you ask us in advance to take photos of that we will install for you, we can take 1 or 2 representative pictures and email that to you, so that you can see for yourself the work that was done.
NC Gutter Guys, Inc. cannot slow its work pace down in order to take photo after photo after photo. Our commitment is to provide one or two representative pictures and only then if we are asked to do so in advance. If such photos are not called for in the Scope of Work in the Contract, then it is unlikely that NC Gutter Guys, Inc. will just take photos of the installed product just for the sake of taking photos.
NC Gutter Guys, Inc. is the only repair and gutter company that provides free digital photos, and the pictures are free of charge to you.
Please tell us in advance if you want several digital photos taken. Otherwise we may not be able to take photos for you if we do not have a camera or a SmartPhone in the truck that has been dispatched to your property.
Finally, on some occasions, to document our work and/or for other purposes such as training, we may take still and video pictures of the work. For the home owner’s privacy, the street name and the house number will not be photographed, nor will any other identifying information such as license plates, etc. or architectural features that are very, very distinctive be photographed. Our focus will be on the repair take itself, usually in close up or medium range shots.
