NC Gutter Guys Co. is looking for men and women who are self-starters, who have good work habits and who are eager to learn fast. Relevant job experience is certainly a plus, but we are far more interested in attributes such as character, motivation, reliability, punctuality, trustworthiness, and so on. It is the strength of a person’s work ethic that determines success or failure at the NC Gutter Guys Co. We can train people to do the job correctly. We cannot train someone to show up for work on time, every time – that is something which a person needs to have learned before they start with us.
